Youre Majestic, Danielle Hall, And Jaunitas Fury Take OSS Two-Year-Old Trotting Gold

A trio of OSS Gold Series divisions were served up Monday at Mohawk Racetrack, with two-year-old trotting fillies strutting their stuff in those $70,000 tilts.

Youre Majestic won as she pleased in the first division for the duo of driver Doug McNair and trainer Tony O’Sullivan. The daughter of Majestic Son-Youre Adorable got away fourth before marching to the lead at the mid-way point in :59.3. She marched by the three-quarter pole in 1:28.2 before using a :28.4 kicker to win by 3-3/4 lengths over Amoureuse Hanover in 1:57.1. Railee Priti took home the show dough.

F Bellino And Sons LLC of Bronxville, New York purchased the youngster following her first lifetime start, and since the acquisition she’s collected a 2-1-1 record from four assignments. The three-time winner has banked $92,750 to date.

Danielle Hall sped to a career-best clocking of 1:56 in the second division for Team Jamieson. The daughter of Deweycheatumnhowe-Debbie Hall got away third for driver Jody Jamieson before brushing to the front at the half in :57. She was still on the lead at the three-quarter pole in 1:26.2, and she finished them off with a :29.3 closing frame. She fended off runner-up The Grand Filly and third-place finisher Muscle Baby Doll.

Hall of Fame trainer Carl Jamieson of Rockwood shares ownership on the filly with Winnipeg Racing of Concord, Ontario. The victory improved her record to 4-1-0 from five trips to the track, and the lion’s share of the purse bumped her cash stash to $137,250.

Juanitas Fury took over the lead at the mid-way point in the final division, and after coming under heavy pressure in the lane she dug in to post a half-length triumph in the final division. Paul MacDonell hustled the John Bax pupil to the top at the half in :58.1, and after hitting the three-quarter pole in 1:28 she appeared to be headed in the lane by the first-over prompter, Tymal Illbethere. Juanitas Fury found more when called on to do en route to the victory over Tymal Illbethere and Nordic Holliday.

Parkhill Stud Farm, Glengate Farms, Don Allensen and Gaelic Stable share ownership on the Kadabra-Gramolas Image lass who improved her rookie record to 3-0-1 from five tries with the win. The $35,000 payday lifted her earnings to $85,450.
