The Ontario Racing Commission has officially accepted Windsor Raceway’s application to relinquish its licence to conduct racing.
There are certain conditions that must be met before the licence is cancelled on August 31, 2012.

Purse Monies to Be Held in Trust By ORC
The Ontario Racing Commission has ordered that Windsor Raceway purse monies be forwarded to the ORC to be held in trust for Standardbred Horse People. See the official notice regarding purse monies here.
