Michael Keegan was Kathleen Wynne’s chief of staff between 2013 and 2014 while she was the Minister of Agriculture and Food.
The legal proceedings commenced in March of 2014 by a group of Ontario’s Standardbred Breeders has been gathering evidence and making its case heard in the courts. Testimony from decision makers and others in the cancellation of SARP (Slots-At-Racetrack-Program) have been obtained.
