The Ontario Racing Commission announced the sustaining payment deadline for both the 2 and 3 Year-Old Standardbred Ontario Sires Stakes (OSS) has been extended to April 30, 2013.
While government and racetrack operators continue their negotiations surrounding transition funding, it was determined through consultation with the Standardbred Advisory Group that an extension of the deadline was necessary.
All participants are advised that sustaining payments already received or received prior to April 30, 2013 will not be deposited until after April 30th.
Sustaining payments can be submitted at any time up until the deadline. In absence of a form, the name of the horse should be written on the cheque or money order made payable to the Ontario Sires Stakes and mailed to:
