The prize wheel and birthday cake giveaway begins at 6:00 p.m. at the OSS table in the Main Lobby at the front entrance of the Grandstand. Post time for the 11-race card is 6:30 p.m.

Other Fun & Frivolity Friday night activities include the ever-popular Bouncy Pony Stakes, the NEIGHbourhood program for kids, 107.5 DAVE FM’s live broadcast from the Tarmac Tent, plus an extended Tarmac Show with more games and prizes.

The Standardbred Ontario Sires Stakes program was established in 1974. The objective of the program is to improve the breed and provide viable incentives for breeders, owners and trainers to breed, buy and race horses in Ontario. To be eligible to the Ontario Sires Stakes program, foals must be sired by a stallion registered and standing in Ontario. The program has exceeded all expectations and has evolved into the leading sires stakes program in all of North America.
